For the past three decades, I have had the great fortune to earn my living as a writer and editor, as well as a teacher of writing at the university level. For several years, I conducted a memoir writing workshop in San Diego. Today, I continue to write and edit, and offer my coaching services to writers new and old, in the United States and abroad. As a writing coach, I am part cheerleader and part trailblazer, always encouraging my clients as I show them the way to improve their stories.
